This assignment utilizes information gathered through your required supervised ministry experience.
Regardless of the organization, Christian leaders are tasked to effectively lead their organizations with a Christian worldview. Effectively applying conventional leadership theories for the good of the organization can be challenging. Observing, analyzing, and learning are key elements Christian leaders can use to enhance their personnel leadership capabilities, both inside and outside the church. For this assignment, you will write a reflective paper of 1,000-1,250 words analyzing a supervised ministry leadership situation you either participated in or observed for effectiveness. (Please use the funeral of a young person. I observed parts and participated in other parts) This assignment will require you to conduct an interview with the ministry leader to identify critical information regarding the scenario and leadership model utilized prior to completing the analysis, and includes:
1. Identify which leadership style the leader utilized and explain the leadership model utilizing biblical support. ( I UTILIZE A MIXTURE OF ALL THREE)
2. Summarize the principles within this model that are utilized and not utilized by the ministry leader.
3. Interview the leader to assess reasons leadership principles are used or not used in this particular context.
4. Synthesize two recommendations supported by Christian leadership critical elements to consider that could enhance the successful implementation of the leadership model to bolster organizational effectiveness.
Include at least two scholarly references to support your position.
